“Storm” is created from steel, paint and patina. Resists and paints are applied to the metal and allowed to dry. Patinas are applied next and allowed to work their magic in the voided paint areas. Each piece is then finished with a satin sheen and waxed. My cross country travels through the midwest when those dark and dusty storms would roll in across the horizon left an impression in my creative psyche.
